Pocket's growth and engagement reports give you visibility into how your membership program is expanding and how members are interacting with it. These five reports cover everything from new signups to deep behavioral insights.

Member Growth Report

Open the Member Growth report to track how your membership base is expanding.

  • New signups over time — A chart showing how many new members joined during the selected date range.

  • Cumulative total — The running total of all members, so you can see your overall membership size at any point in time.

  • Growth rate trending — Trend indicators showing whether your signup rate is accelerating or slowing compared to the previous period.

Pass Installs Report

Open the Pass Installs report to understand wallet pass adoption among your members.

  • Installs by platform — See how installs break down between Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

  • Installation trends — A chart showing install volume over time so you can correlate with marketing efforts.

  • Uninstall tracking — Monitor how many members remove their pass from their wallet, which may signal disengagement.

Referrals Report

Open the Referrals report to measure the effectiveness of your referral program.

  • Referral signups — The number of new members who joined through a referral link.

  • Rewards paid out — The total value of referral rewards credited to referring members.

  • Top referrers — A ranked list of your most active referrers so you can recognize and reward them.

  • Conversion rates — The percentage of referral links that result in a completed signup.

Punch Cards Report

Open the Punch Cards report to track punch card activity across your program.

  • Cards issued — The number of punch cards created for members.

  • Stamps collected — Total stamps earned across all active cards.

  • Completions — How many cards have been fully stamped and completed.

  • Rewards given — The rewards distributed when members complete their punch cards.

Member Insights Report

Open the Member Insights report for advanced behavioral analytics about your members.

  • RFM segment distribution — See how your members are distributed across Recency, Frequency, and Monetary segments (e.g., Champions, Loyal Customers, At Risk).

  • Repeat purchase rate — The percentage of members who have made more than one purchase.

  • Spend per member — Average revenue generated per member over the selected period.

  • Lifetime value calculations — Estimated total value of a member over their entire relationship with your business.

  • Cohort analysis — Compare member behavior across signup cohorts to see how engagement changes over time.

Note: Member Insights and some growth metrics require a connected sales channel. Connect your POS or ecommerce platform in Settings to unlock these analytics.

Tips

  • Check the Member Growth report weekly to catch signup slowdowns early and adjust your marketing.

  • Compare Apple vs. Google pass installs to understand your audience and prioritize platform-specific features.

  • Use the Referrals report to identify your top advocates — consider creating a VIP tier or special reward for them.

  • Monitor punch card completions relative to cards issued to gauge whether your punch card rewards are achievable and motivating.

  • Review RFM segments monthly and create targeted campaigns for at-risk members before they churn.

  • Export the Member Insights report to share lifetime value data with your leadership team when planning budgets.
