Pocket provides a comprehensive reporting suite to help you understand your membership program's performance. All reports are accessible from the Reports page in your dashboard.
Report Types
Use the tab navigation at the top of the Reports page to switch between seven report types:
Reward Credit Liability — Outstanding reward credit balances across your members.
Redemptions — How and when members redeem their rewards.
Pass Installs — Apple and Google wallet pass installation activity.
Member Growth — New member signups and cumulative totals over time.
Referrals — Referral-driven signups and rewards paid out.
Punch Cards — Punch card issuance, stamp collection, and completions.
Member Insights — Deep-dive analytics including RFM segments, spend, and lifetime value.
Date Range Filtering
Every report supports date range filtering so you can focus on the period that matters most. Choose from built-in presets:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
Last 12 months
Custom range
Select Custom range to open a date picker where you can set an exact start and end date.
Export Options
Need to share a report or archive it for your records? Each report can be exported in two formats:
CSV — Ideal for importing into spreadsheets or accounting software.
PDF — Ready-to-share formatted document with charts included.
Charts and Trend Indicators
Reports include visual charts that plot your data over the selected date range. Trend indicators (up or down arrows with percentages) show how the current period compares to the previous period, giving you an at-a-glance sense of direction.
Sortable Tables
Below the charts, data tables let you sort by any column — click a column header to toggle ascending or descending order. This makes it easy to find your top performers or spot outliers.
Timezone
All reports respect your account's timezone setting. To update your timezone, visit Settings.
Tips
Use the 30-day preset for a quick monthly health check, and the 12-month view for spotting seasonal trends.
Export a CSV at the end of each month to keep a local backup of your data.
Compare two custom date ranges side by side to measure the impact of a promotion or campaign.
