Click any member on the Members page to open their full profile. The profile gives you a complete view of a member's information, activity, and loyalty status.

Profile Overview

The profile header displays:

  • Member name, email, and phone number

  • Wallet pass status (Apple, Google, or None)

  • Current tier (with an indicator if it's a manual override)

  • Member ID (unique 8-character code)

  • Join date and last activity

Editing Member Information

Click the Edit button to update a member's name, email, phone number, or birthdate. Changes take effect immediately and will update on their wallet pass.

Tags

View, add, or remove tags on the member. Tags are useful for segmentation and targeting campaigns. To add a tag, click Add Tag and select or create a tag.

Activity History

A chronological timeline shows all member events:

  • Signup and profile updates

  • Pass installations and uninstalls

  • Push notifications received

  • Balance credits, debits, and adjustments

  • Tier changes

  • Orders (if a sales channel is connected)

  • Referral activity

  • Punch card stamps and completions

Balance and Transactions

View the member's current reward credit balance and full transaction history. You can manually adjust their balance:

  1. Click Adjust Balance.

  2. Enter a positive amount to add credit, or a negative amount to deduct.

  3. Optionally enter a reason for the adjustment.

  4. Click Save.

The transaction is recorded in the member's history with your name as the admin who made the change.

Orders

If you have a connected sales channel, the member's order history appears here showing order dates, amounts, and status. Orders are used to calculate spend totals and RFM segment.

Custom Properties

If you've defined custom properties, their values for this member appear here. You can edit values directly on the profile.

Tips

  • Use the Send Notification button on a profile to send a push notification directly to that single member.

  • The Delete Member option permanently removes the member and all associated data — use with caution.

  • Manually overriding a tier will stick until you remove the override, even if the member qualifies for automatic tier changes.
