Bulk operations let you take action on many members simultaneously. Select members on the Members page, and a floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen.

Selecting Members

  • Click the checkbox next to individual members to select them.

  • Use the Select All checkbox at the top to select all members on the current page.

  • A count of selected members appears in the action bar.

Available Bulk Actions

Add Tags

Apply one or more tags to the selected members:

  1. Click Add Tags in the action bar.

  2. Select an existing tag from the dropdown, or type a new tag name to create one.

  3. Click Apply.

Remove Tags

Remove a tag from the selected members:

  1. Click Remove Tags in the action bar.

  2. Select the tag to remove from the dropdown.

  3. Click Apply.

Update Tier

Change the membership tier for all selected members:

  1. Click Update Tier in the action bar.

  2. Select the target tier, or choose Remove Override to let automatic tier rules take over.

  3. Click Apply.

Note: this creates a manual tier override. The member will stay on this tier until you remove the override or change it again.

Send Message

Send a push notification to all selected members who have a wallet pass:

  1. Click Send Message in the action bar.

  2. Type your notification message (up to 300 characters).

  3. Click Send.

Only members with an installed wallet pass will receive the notification. Members without a pass are skipped. The notification appears on both the phone lock screen and updates the wallet pass.

Tips

  • Combine filters with bulk operations for powerful segmentation workflows (e.g., filter by "No Pass" then send a targeted message).

  • You can use Select All + filters to select an entire segment, not just the visible page.

  • For larger campaigns, consider using Push Notifications with audience targeting instead.
