The Members page is your central hub for managing all members in your program. It displays stats, a searchable list, and quick filters to help you find who you're looking for.
Members Overview
At the top of the page, stats cards show:
Total Members — your full member count
With Pass — members who have an active wallet pass installed
Without Pass — members who haven't installed a pass yet
Apple — members with an Apple Wallet pass
Google — members with a Google Wallet pass
Click any card to instantly filter the list by that status.
Searching
Use the search bar at the top of the member list to search by:
Member name
Email address
Phone number
Results filter in real time as you type.
Member List
Each row in the list shows:
Member name and avatar
Email and phone
Tier (with an override indicator if manually assigned)
Wallet pass status (Apple, Google, or None)
Total spend (if a sales channel is connected)
RFM segment badge (if available)
Join date
Click any row to open that member's full profile. The list is paginated with 50 members per page — use the Previous/Next controls at the bottom to navigate.
Tips
You can sort by clicking column headers where available.
Combine the search bar with filters for more precise results.
Use the Export button to download your full member list as a CSV file.
