Pocket offers powerful filtering tools on the Members page to help you find specific groups of members. You can also save your favorite filter combinations as named views for quick access.

Basic Filters

Located above the member list, these quick filters let you narrow down results:

  • Wallet Status — All, Has Pass, No Pass, Apple, or Google

  • Tag — filter by any tag you've created

  • RFM Segment — Champions, Loyal, Recent, Needs Attention, At Risk, or Inactive (requires a connected sales channel)

Advanced Filters

Click the Filters button to expand the advanced filter panel:

  • Tier — filter by membership tier

  • Join Date — set a from and/or to date

  • Total Spend — set a minimum and/or maximum spend amount

An active filter count badge shows how many filters are currently applied.

Quick Presets

Use these built-in presets for common segments:

  • New (30d) — members who joined in the last 30 days

  • High Value ($100+) — members with total spend over $100

  • Low Spend (<$10) — members with total spend under $10

Saved Views

Save any combination of filters as a named view for quick access:

  1. Apply the filters you want.

  2. Click Save View.

  3. Enter a name for the view (e.g., "VIP Apple Users").

  4. Click Save.

Your saved views appear as tabs above the filter bar. Click a view to instantly apply its filters. You can also delete views you no longer need.

Tips

  • Click Clear All to reset all filters at once.

  • Saved views are shared across your account — all team members can see and use them.

  • Combine multiple filters for precise targeting (e.g., Google Wallet + VIP tier + joined this month).
