Offers let you send promotional rewards directly to your members' wallet passes. Navigate to Engage > Offers to get started.
Offer Types
There are two types of offers you can create:
Credit Offers — Add a specific dollar amount to your members' balance. For example, give members a $5 credit they can redeem on their next purchase.
Custom Offers — Display custom promotional text on the wallet pass. You can optionally include a coupon code and redemption instructions for members to use in-store or online.
Creating an Offer
To create a new offer, click the Create Offer button and fill in the following details:
Name — A title for your offer (e.g., "Summer Special" or "Birthday Bonus").
Description — A short description explaining the offer to members.
Type — Choose between Credit or Custom.
Amount (Credit offers) — The dollar amount to add to the member's balance.
Instructions (Custom offers) — Redemption instructions and an optional coupon code.
Audience Targeting
You can target offers to specific segments of your membership base using the same filters available for push notifications:
Wallet Status — Target members based on whether they have installed the wallet pass.
Tags — Target members with specific tags.
Tier — Target members in a particular loyalty tier.
RFM — Target members based on Recency, Frequency, and Monetary segments.
Custom Properties — Target members using any custom properties you have configured.
Leave all filters empty to send the offer to your entire membership base.
Scheduling
Offers can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date:
Start Date — When the offer becomes active and visible to members.
End Date — When the offer expires and is no longer available.
Immediate — Send the offer right away.
Scheduled — Set a specific date and time for the offer to go live.
Offer Status
Each offer has one of the following statuses:
Active — The offer is currently live and available to members.
Inactive — The offer has been paused or has not yet started.
Expired — The offer's end date has passed and it is no longer available.
Claim Tracking and Statistics
Once an offer is live, you can track its performance from the offer details page. View how many members have received the offer and how many have claimed it. Use these statistics to measure the effectiveness of your promotions.
How Offers Appear on the Wallet Pass
When a member receives an offer, it appears on the back of their wallet pass. Credit offers automatically add the balance when claimed. Custom offers display your promotional text, coupon code, and redemption instructions.
Tips
Use audience targeting to personalize offers — for example, send a win-back credit to members who haven't visited recently.
Set clear expiration dates to create urgency and drive faster redemptions.
Combine credit offers with custom messaging to explain the promotion context.
Review claim statistics regularly to understand which offer types resonate with your members.
Visit your Offers dashboard to manage all active and past promotions.
