Your dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It gives you an at-a-glance overview of your membership program's performance with customizable widgets.

Stats Cards

The top row displays key metrics as clickable cards:

  • Total Members — your total member count, with new members this month shown below. Click to go to the Members page.

  • Wallet Passes — a breakdown of installed Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Click to filter members by pass status.

  • Campaigns Sent — the total number of push notification campaigns you've sent, plus total individual notifications delivered. Click to go to Push Notifications.

  • Pass Installs — the number of new wallet pass installations this month.

Member Insights

If you have a sales channel connected, you'll see a second row of insight cards:

  • Repeat Purchase Rate — the percentage of members who have made more than one purchase.

  • New Members This Month — growth metric for the current month.

  • Spend Per Member — average total spend across all members.

  • Member Lifetime Value — estimated long-term value per member.

Pass Installs Chart

A bar chart showing Apple vs. Google Wallet installations over time. Use the period selector to view the last 3, 6, or 12 months. Hover over bars to see exact counts by platform.

Recent Activity

A live feed showing the latest member events:

  • New member signups

  • Wallet pass installations and uninstalls

  • Push notifications sent

  • Balance adjustments

Each entry shows an icon, description, and relative timestamp (e.g., "2 hours ago").

Quick Actions

Shortcut cards for common tasks:

Sales Channels Status

If you have connected sales channels, a widget shows each channel's name, type, and connection status (Active, Paused, or Error).
