Customizing Your Dashboard

Show, hide, and reorder dashboard widgets to suit your workflow.

Your dashboard is fully customizable. You can show or hide widgets, adjust default date ranges, and enable compact mode to tailor the view to what matters most for your business.


Accessing Dashboard Settings

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard.

  2. Click the Customize button in the top-right area of the page.

  3. A settings panel will appear where you can configure your preferences.


Widget Visibility

Toggle the following widgets on or off:

  • Stats Cards — Total Members, Wallet Passes, Campaigns Sent, Pass Installs

  • Member Insights — Repeat Purchase Rate, New Members, Spend Per Member, Lifetime Value (requires a connected sales channel)

  • Pass Installs Chart — installation trends over time

  • Recent Activity — live event feed

  • Recent Campaigns — last 3 campaigns sent

  • Quick Actions — shortcut cards

  • Sales Channels — connection status overview


Additional Options

  • Default Date Range — choose 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months as the default period for the Pass Installs chart.

  • Auto-Refresh Interval — set how often the dashboard data refreshes automatically.

  • Compact Mode — reduces padding and widget sizes for a denser view, useful on smaller screens.


Tips

  • Dashboard preferences are saved per user — each team member can have their own layout.

  • If you don't have a sales channel connected, the Member Insights row will not appear regardless of the toggle.
