Navigate to Settings > Account Users at dashboard.getpocketpass.com/settings/users to manage who has access to your Pocket dashboard.

Viewing Current Team Members

The Account Users page displays a list of everyone on your team. Each entry shows the user's name, email address, assigned role, and current status (Active or Pending).

Roles

Pocket supports three roles with different levels of access:

  • Owner — Full access to all features including billing management. There is one Owner per account.

  • Admin — Full access to all features except billing. Admins can manage members, campaigns, settings, and other users.

  • Staff — Limited access. Staff members can view and manage day-to-day operations but cannot change account settings or manage other users.

Inviting a New User

To add a team member to your account:

  1. Click the Invite User button.

  2. Enter the new user's email address.

  3. Select a role (Admin or Staff).

  4. Click Send Invite.

The invited user will receive an email with a link to create their Pocket account. Once they accept the invitation, they will have immediate access to your dashboard based on their assigned role.

Invitation Statuses

  • Pending — The invitation has been sent but the user has not yet accepted it.

  • Active — The user has accepted the invitation and can access the dashboard.

Resending an Invitation

If a team member did not receive or lost their invitation email, you can resend it. Find the pending user in the list and click Resend Invite. A new email will be sent to their address.

Removing a User

To remove someone from your account, find them in the user list and click Remove. They will immediately lose access to your dashboard. This action does not delete their Pocket account — it only removes them from your specific business account.

Tips

  • Use the Staff role for employees who only need to handle day-to-day tasks like checking in members.

  • Keep the number of Admin users minimal to reduce the risk of accidental settings changes.

  • If an employee leaves your organization, remove them promptly from Account Users to maintain security.

  • Only the Owner can manage billing — if you need to transfer ownership, contact support.
