Navigate to Settings > Billing at dashboard.getpocketpass.com/settings/billing to manage your subscription, monitor usage, and update payment details.

Current Plan Display

At the top of the Billing page you will see your current plan name, subscription status (active, trialing, or canceled), and billing interval (monthly or annual).

Plan Tiers

Pocket offers four plan tiers to match your business needs:

  • Starter — Core wallet pass features with a limited number of active passes. Ideal for small businesses just getting started.

  • Engage — Everything in Starter plus push notifications, automations, and offers. Designed for businesses ready to actively engage their members.

  • Growth — Higher pass limits and all Engage features. Built for scaling businesses with a growing member base.

  • Enterprise — Custom pass limits, priority support, and advanced features. Contact us for tailored pricing.

Trial Period

New accounts start with a free trial that gives you access to all features. Your trial end date is displayed on the Billing page. At the end of the trial you will need to select a plan to continue using Pocket.

Usage Overview

The usage section shows your active passes compared to the number of included passes in your plan. If you approach or exceed your limit, consider upgrading to a higher tier.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Click Change Plan to view available tiers and select a new one. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Payment Method Management

Pocket uses Stripe for secure payment processing. You can add, update, or remove a credit card from the Billing page. Click Manage Payment Method to open the Stripe portal where you can update your card details.

Billing History and Invoices

View past invoices and download receipts from the billing history section. Each entry shows the date, amount, and payment status. Invoices are also emailed to the account owner after each charge.

Feature Differences Between Plans

Some features are only available on certain plans:

  • Push Notifications — Requires Engage plan or higher.

  • Automations — Requires Engage plan or higher.

  • Offers — Requires Engage plan or higher.

  • Advanced Analytics — Available on Growth and Enterprise.

If you try to access a feature not included in your plan, you will see a prompt to upgrade.

Tips

  • Annual billing typically offers a discount over monthly billing — check the plan comparison for savings.

  • Monitor your active pass count regularly so you are not surprised by limits.

  • Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions.

  • If you need a custom arrangement, reach out about the Enterprise plan at your billing page.
