Your Pocket plan determines how many active wallet passes you can have at any time. Understanding your usage limits helps you plan ahead and upgrade when needed.
Active Passes Counter
In the bottom-left of your sidebar, you'll see a progress bar showing your current active passes count vs. your plan's included limit (e.g., "245 / 500"). This updates in real time as members install or uninstall passes.
Green — you're well within your limit.
Yellow — you're approaching 80% of your limit.
Red — you've reached or exceeded your limit.
Usage Limit Banner
When you approach or exceed your plan's pass limit, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard alerting you. This banner includes a link to upgrade your plan.
Plan Tiers
Your current plan name and trial status are displayed in the sidebar. To view full plan details, features, and pricing, navigate to Settings > Billing.
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing.
Review the available plans and their included pass limits.
Click Upgrade on the plan that fits your needs.
Enter or confirm your payment details.
Your new limits take effect immediately.
Trial Period
New accounts start with a trial period. During the trial, a Trial badge appears next to your plan name in the sidebar. You'll receive notifications before the trial ends so you can choose a plan to continue.
Tips
Active passes only count members who currently have a wallet pass installed — uninstalled passes don't count toward your limit.
You can monitor pass install trends on your Dashboard to forecast when you might need to upgrade.
