Navigate to Settings > General at dashboard.getpocketpass.com/settings to configure your core business profile.

Company Name

Your company name is displayed on wallet passes, outgoing emails, and your public rewards portal. Make sure it matches your brand as customers will see it everywhere.

Account Slug

Your account slug is the URL identifier for your public-facing rewards portal (e.g., your-slug.pocketpass.site). Customers use this URL to look up their membership, so choose something short and recognizable.

⚠️ Warning: Changing your slug will update all customer-facing URLs immediately. Any previously shared links will stop working. Notify your customers before making this change.

Timezone

Your timezone setting affects:

  • Scheduled campaign send times

  • Report date ranges and analytics

  • Activity timestamps in the dashboard

Set this to the timezone where your business primarily operates.

Currency

The currency setting determines how all monetary values are formatted throughout the dashboard and on wallet passes. Supported currencies include USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, and more. Choose the currency your business transacts in.

Membership Type Display

This setting shows whether your membership program is free or paid. It is reflected on your rewards portal and helps set customer expectations about your program.

Saving Changes

After making updates, click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Changes take effect immediately across your dashboard, wallet passes, and public portal.

Tips

  • Keep your company name concise — it needs to fit on wallet passes with limited space.

  • Choose a slug that is easy to spell and type, since customers may enter it manually.

  • Double-check your timezone if you notice campaign sends or report dates seem off.

  • Currency cannot be changed on individual transactions — it applies globally to your entire account.
